Refund Policy

You are eligible for return if:

  • You notify us of a refund request within 90 days of delivery.
  • If the product is unopened, with the seal fully intact, and was purchased directly from our official website (www.tinnigone.com), with original purchase receipt then we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Returns will not be accepted at the warehouse. Instead, email us at: info@tinnigone.com with the reason for return.
  • If the product has been opened and used, and the customer is not fully satisfied, it may still be eligible for a refund—provided it was purchased directly from www.tinnigone.com and is accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Returns will not be accepted to the warehouse. Instead, email us at: info@tinnigone.com with reason for return and you will receive the appropriate return address. Refunds in such cases will also be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Only the original purchaser is entitled to a refund. UPC codes and receipts cannot be traded or sold.
  • We are only able to honor the Money Back Guarantee when products are purchased through our tinnigone.com website.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tinnigone.com or use the contact form on our website with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return. We are not responsible for requests lost in transmission.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. 

4.  RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you are returning the product due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is not due to our error (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days – unless we mutually agree on another payment method.
